Jonathan Biton is driven by a simple principle: deliver the level of service you’d want if you were on the other side of the table. It’s a philosophy inspired by Charlie Munger and one that guides every client interaction.

Through years of focused work, Jonathan has built deep expertise across zoning, construction, underwriting, financing, and the many nuances that determine the success of an investment property. He has led projects ranging from full gut renovations to ground-up developments, earning a reputation for clear thinking, thorough analysis, and follow-through.

Jonathan primarily works with investors, developers, and property owners, helping them analyze opportunities, structure deals, and maximize the potential of their real estate assets.

Originally from Queens, Jonathan now lives in Long Island City with his wife. He holds a BBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and works full-time in real estate investment and development. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, cooking, reading, investing, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
