A Manhattan native, Chris is a graduate of The Collegiate School, Williams College, and New York University. His extensive knowledge of the city comes from a lifetime of engaged personal interaction with a wide range of neighborhoods. He relishes that each neighborhood in New York has its own distinctive but ever evolving feel in a city that not only never sleeps, but never settles for stasis.
Prior to working in real estate, Chris completed a graduate degree in cognitive science and philosophy at New York University. A published author in his academic field, he brings exceptional analytical skills to the in-depth market research he offers clients. His intellect and zest for research provide his clients an edge, as Chris' incisive mind seeks out and synthesizes information with unusual depth and rigor. Having presented his research in front of large audiences at academic conferences, he has a calm and charismatic public demeanor— unfazed by challenge, convincing yet honest in the articulation of his perspective. Chris' well-thought out conviction provides buyers and sellers alike confidence that they are being moved by the force of reason and objective facts as opposed to manipulation.
Chris draws his untiring focus on delivering his clients to the closing of a real estate transaction in part from the mental endurance honed through years of being a highly competitive marathon runner. A regular in the New York running community, Chris is a sub 2:30 marathoner, having finished in the top 15 for American Men and top 50 overall in the New York City Marathon.
The real estate search or sales process, in the wrong hands, can oftentimes feel like an untrained marathon effort. Chris' mental swiftness, personal dependability, and perseverance, however, can bring you proudly, without stumbling to the finish line.
