Steve Papadakis has been helping New Yorkers buy, sell, rent and invest in real estate since 2001. For 25 years he has guided clients from the first consultation through negotiation to the closing table. A lifelong part of the Astoria community, he knows Queens block by block and works across all five boroughs.

Steve brings more than sales experience to every deal. As operations manager for a real estate holding company, he oversaw property acquisitions, management and construction, and raised over $5 million for real estate investments. That background gives his clients a clear view of what a property is worth, what it needs and how to negotiate for it. He attended Hunter College, where he studied Urban Studies and Classical Languages, and is a native Greek speaker, serving clients in both English and Greek.

Outside of real estate, Steve gives back. He is the Northeast Coordinator for Kidsave, a nonprofit that helps older children in foster care find permanent families, a cause close to his heart as an adoptive parent. He is also an active Freemason and served as President of Service City Geba Lodge #1009 in Astoria.
