Hannah graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a degree in Finance and Data Analytics. Prior to beginning her real estate career, she worked as a Business Data Analyst at DHL Supply Chain, where she was recognized by company leadership for her dedication and results-driven approach.

With a genuine passion for helping people and a deep appreciation for homes, Hannah transitioned into real estate and is proud to partner with her mother, Tracy Yaw Chan, in New Jersey. As part of this dynamic mother-daughter team, she brings a fresh, data-driven perspective while continuing a shared commitment to exceptional client service. Hannah is also dual-licensed in New Jersey and New York, allowing her to provide clients with a broader range of services and seamless guidance across state lines.
