Julie Logan is a native New Yorker, and has an extensive knowledge of Manhattan’s neighborhoods. Having worked in Real Estate for more than 30 years, Julie is adept at negotiating, and has a keen sense of marketing in today’s changing media platforms. Julie has firsthand experience in purchasing, selling, and maintaining Real Estate. Born in Brooklyn, Julie moved to Manhattan’s Upper West Side as a child. After graduating college she went straight to working in real estate. For over 20 years Julie and her husband owned and operated an Upper West Side townhouse with rental units. They recently sold that property, and made the move back to Brooklyn to a two family townhouse. Julie is enjoying getting reacquainted with her old borough and all it has to offer. Additionally, Julie manages their Long Beach Island<x-apple-data-detectors://1>, NJ rental property. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
