Jason Frank is passionate about real estate, and believes in transparency and fair business. Originally from Long Island, his fondest early memories of “the city” include the gangs of Times Square in the 1980s, the Guardian Angels, grafitti’d subway cars, and that Big (red) Apple that popped up at Shea Stadium when Darryl Strawberry hit a homerun playing for the Mets. He considers himself so lucky to have had the privilege of living in Brooklyn and Manhattan for the past 10 years.
As a realty agent Jason currently enjoys representing both buyers and sellers of properties, affording him an objective view of the market. His methodical approach is especially helpful to first-time homebuyers where there is often a decision to be made: Is it better now to rent or buy? Well, we already know, “The rent is too darn high..!”
Jason brings to the table a unique perspective on housing in NYC, with over 10 years experience in capital markets, real property management, rent appraisal, spatial measurement, and lease and mortgage acquisition. Please contact Jason for unbiased tips on how to save money and obtain the best mortgage for your needs.
In his spare time Jason’s favorite things include family, travel, podcasts, dining out, museums, and live shows. He believes in giving back to the community through volunteering and donations to Food Bank NYC, and the Coalition for the Homeless.
Whether you are looking to rent or buy, Jason will pull out all stops and spare no expense to deliver the results you desire.
