Lindsey Newman has lived in New York City since 1976. While attending School Of Visual Arts (SVA) and working as a photographer in the fashion industry, she has experienced living in numerous Manhattan neighborhoods. Throughout her life Lindsey has owned and renovated properties where she gained valuable experience with custom home construction and interior design. Combining her love of property development, design sense and her photographer’s eye, Lindsey found her calling as a Real Estate Salesperson. During her first year in the industry, Lindsey won an award of recognition from Prudential Douglas Elliman for being among the top 20% producers nationally of Real Estate sales transactions.
Since late 2004, Lindsey has been a member of the Real Estate Board Of New York (REBNY) while representing Buyers, and working as an Exclusive Seller’s Agent to complete multiple transactions of high-end Condominium, Cooperative and Condop residences. She has facilitated residential leases and corporate relocations for foreign and domestic clientele including CEOs, CFOs, Multinational Fortune 500 Personnel, University Professors, Doctors, Financial Investors, Newspaper Editors, Best Selling Authors and Publishers.
