Lemin moved to New York in 2003 and became a full time Realtor in 2005. Lemin has successfully worked with buyers and sellers on transactions ranging from condominium and single-family residences to multi-million dollar investment properties. His strong interpersonal skills coupled with his knowledge and valuable experience make him a reliable and effective adviser in any real estate transaction.

Lemin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Babson College and a Master’s degree in Hospitality Investments from New York University.
