Maria Del Rosario is probably one of the most patient and friendly agents you will ever meet in New York City. After undergoing a thorough board interview, and finally buying her own apartment in Manhattan, she understands from her own experience what her clients are going through. She started her career as a flight attendant and during that time traveled to 25 countries and 30 cities around the world. She then moved up the corporate ladder to become a senior manager for FedEx in Asia, Los Angeles and New York. Armed with an impressive cross cultural experience, combined with her impeccable corporate work ethic, Connie generates her business from referrals from her clients. Having lived and worked in almost every neighborhood, she is familiar with the city in its entirety. She is currently a resident and an active board member of her cooperative in Manhattan. She earned a master’s degree in management from the Asian Institute of Management, a top Asian MBA school. Prior to an executive promotion in Asia, she completed an Executive Education-Competitive Marketing Program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
