With a profound interest in the art of real estate, Yanan takes pride in the strong trust-based relationships she builds with client that last well beyond the sale day.
Born and raised in Mainland China, Yanan grew up in a family who has engaged in real estate business since 1998. Her passion to this business started from her first property investment in Beijing at her early twentieth. Since then, in a very short time, her enthusiasm landed her a key role in helping clients through the city toward their particular goals. Her experiences, ability to negotiate and proven track record of success make her unique asset to any client.
Yanan studied International trade and business through her undergraduate and obtained her MPA degree in global philanthropy. She has more than five years of experience working for a worldwide luxury brand private sector in Manhattan which has instilled her with an unwavering work ethic and a dedication to provide trustworthy, top-notch service. She also worked closely with Rockefeller nonprofit organizations and global philanthropy groups and highly engaged her into charity/volunteer activities of public welfare which has broadened her vision of bridging people from different industries together to achieve the best results.
Yanan's cultured background and experience in both private and public fields allowed her to cultivate a far-reaching sphere of influence that allows her to connect with a highly diverse clientele.
Before moved to Upper East Side, Yanan resided and worked in various cities in China serving as the marketing manager of major corporations, earning high respect as a team leader, fierce competitor and shrews negotiator. She has learned from dealing with individual business companies and the world that catering to clients is key to a daily basis.
“Being passionate and faithful to what you are doing is very important.” Yanan said. After many years of investing real estate with her family and helping clients purchase/sell/rent properties, Yanan believes that 'putting yourself into others' shoes' is a long term key. “I always ask myself: 'if you were the client, would you do the same thing for yourself?' and in that case I always find the best way to maximize my clients' benefits.”
Yanan currently enjoys life with her beautiful family between New York City and Darien Connecticut.
