Steven honed these attributes as a real estate lawyer for over 30 years where he closed hundreds of deals. He passed two bar exams and the CPA exam. He was a senior partner at two prestigious international law firms and senior managing partner at a boutique real estate law firm. Steven’s clients included the most prestigious master-planned community developers and homebuilders, who relied on Steven’s sound advice, negotiating skills, research and analysis before investing in multi-million dollar real estate projects. He won many accolades, including top peer ratings in Super Lawyers Magazine. He now brings these critical skills to his real estate clients at R New York.

Steven understands that smooth closings don’t just happen; up-front planning, constant monitoring and communication are critical. Steven works proactively and collaboratively with his clients, their lawyers, and others necessary to achieve the best result for his clients.

Steven gives back to his community through his passion for volunteerism. He is a docent at Carnegie Hall, tutors immigrants in ESL, has provided guidance to families in need of essential services at Bellevue Hospital, and participated in the Visiting Seniors Program through Lenox Hill Settlement House. Steven and his spouse live in Sutton Place with their spoiled Siamese cat, Lois.
