As a 20-year Manhattan resident and homeowner, it was the buying and selling of luxury co-ops and condos for himself that inspired Ari to turn his love of real estate into a profession. Prior to joining FirstService, he enjoyed a multi-faceted career in the music industry. As Senior Marketing Director at Sony Music, and as Vice President of Artist Management at a top independent music firm, he directed the product launches of numerous gold and platinum recording artists.

In transitioning to real estate, Ari quickly learned that his skills in representing top-tier musicians aligned perfectly with representing high-end real estate buyers. In his role as an artist manager, he became an expert at providing comprehensive and highly attentive personal service. Available 24/7, he was recognized as a committed advocate, strategically guiding his artists toward achieving new heights of success. In real estate, this experience translates to serving his clients as an accessible and responsive advisor and problem solver. Ari patiently guides his clients through the buying and rental process at their individual paces, understanding that each buyer brings their own individual approach to their property search.

Comfortable working in any neighborhood, he focuses on the client’s needs and preferences, and works to ensure that they are viewing all of the most suitable properties that meet their criteria, while keeping the process as stress-free as possible. When it comes time to finalize the purchase or rental, he negotiates with only his client's interests in mind, carefully and thoroughly nurturing the deal until it reaches the closing table.

Originally from Livingston, NJ, Ari is a graduate of Tufts University, and received his JD from Fordham Law.
