His years in the Manhattan real estate market have imbued him with a protean knowledge of the complex of interrelated elements that make up the Manhattan housing market, from condominiums and cooperatives to townhouses and lofts.
Previously he worked on Wall Street in the Municipal and Treasury Bond Markets where he sold, underwrote and traded a wide range of fixed-income securities. The experience on Wall Street and his education in business and finance provide him with the acute analytical and financial expertise required to understand cooperative and condominium financial statements, arrange intricate mortgage financing, and to offer all clients---the sophisticated and the first-time purchasers/investors---savvy product and price analysis and concise, meaningful comparisons of similar apartments and houses.
A constant observer of the Manhattan cosmos with its characters, eccentricities, conventional and avant-garde elements and ever-changing sociological makeup, he is also a student of Manhattan history and folklore.
Conversant in Italian and French, he works in Manhattan real estate with his wife, Ivana, who comes from Genova, Italy. He is also a writer and has an avid interest in serious theatre, poetry, geopolitics and sports.
He believes the caring for clients should combine the personal and the businesslike and lives by the maxim that “All clients must be treated with respect, professionalism, dedication, and integrity, as though they were close friends or family members.” Working with clients, irrespective of the size of their purchase or rental, must be thouight of as a spiritual experience wherein we see the clients as an opportunity to do SERVICE FOR OTHERS'.
His core belief is that the first and most important step in the process is listening to and fully understanding what the client needs, and he endeavors to make searching for and purchasing a home an enlightening and pleasurable experience.
