The best illustration of my approach is the fact that 100% of the clients I have worked for since I came back into real estate (more about this in a moment) have agreed to provide a personal testimonial to anyone thinking of using my services.
Indeed, the thing I am most proud of is not the number of deals I have done (although I have been fortunate in this regard) but that my purchasers, vendors, landlords and tenants are so happy with my service that they are happy to recommend me.
I have lived in Manhattan for three decades and I love the city. I worked in residential and commercial real estate in my 20s in Boston and then became involved in the jewelry trade here in the city. I also devoted a good deal of my time to fundraising. But I missed real estate. So in 2009 I took the necessary exams, found an experienced mentor, coach and support system, and re-launched myself. I have never been happier!
My starting point is always to discover what is important to you so that I can tailor my service and efforts to best meet your needs. Also, I am obsessed with detail. This means I can’t take on as much as some of my colleagues, but I prefer it that way. I am in this for the long haul. The most important thing to me is happy clients.
All day, every day, I think to myself: what would I want from a realtor? That’s the service I aim to provide. If you would like to speak to some of my past clients (or even all of my past clients) just ask and I’ll send you a list.
