"By keeping my clients informed and offering close guidance through each step of the process from application to acquisition, I do my best to provide the most enlightening and rewarding experience. Whether it is a rental or a purchase, my clients know they have me by their side at every turn. My goal is to do everything in my power to locate and secure the properties that my clients love and want to call home." Originally from Boston, MA, Ted holds a BFA from Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. He also received an MFA from The School of Visual Arts in NYC. What has always been at the heart of his professional vision as both an artist and a realtor is his appreciation of aesthetics, art and architecture, and the belief that they are integral to the quality and meaning of life. "In New York, we have an ever- evolving juxtaposition of period architecture, new developments and a hybridization of everything in between existing side by side. The confluence of styles and various modalities of living and lifestyle are what make New York the premier city in the United States. As a Brooklyn resident for fourteen years, Ted specializes in several neighborhoods throughout the borough from Williamsburg to Park Slope.
