Peter has spent 14 years in the industry, representing buyers, sellers, and renters in Manhattan, with deals spanning from the Financial District and all the way up to Harlem. He has also done deals in the UWS, UES, West Village, TriBeCa, Gramercy, East Village, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, Morningside Heights, and several places in between. In Brooklyn, he has conducted deals in Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Clinton Hill, and Dumbo.
Peter is well known for providing the highest caliber of service, overseeing prelisting consultations, and supervising recommended improvements. He regularly sources contractors and oversees apartment renovations to ensure his clients get what they want and is able to provide comprehensive property management for single to multiple unit investment portfolios.
After spending almost 12 years as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney, Peter decided to pursue an opportunity in real estate. During his Wall Street tenure, he was responsible for managing individual investment portfolios and keeping clients abreast of the ever-changing investment climate. Today he draws upon his past experiences in the financial industry to help his clients navigate the residential real estate market in Manhattan.
While Peter has a keen understanding of market dynamics, he also is highly empathetic to the “human side” of investing, which involves the emotions surrounding buying or selling a home. Having dealt with a varied clientele, he is not only comfortable with complex negotiations, but adept at the support required to streamline the real estate process for buyers, sellers and renters. He is also a member in good standing with REBNY and is active in both the Manhattan and Brooklyn Sales Committees. Peter maintains outstanding relationships with the brokerage community, facilitating faster, easier deals. He is also proficient in the preparation and submission of board packages, considering it one of his specialties.
