LeeAnn’s career began in Manhattan during the 1990’s selling investment properties. This was an exciting time for her investors as properties changed hands at a rapid pace. Her specialty was selling brownstones as well as mixed use buildings. As the 90’s came to a close and the market took a turn she got married and had children; traveling and enjoying family life in NYC. After 911 she relocated to East Hampton full time where she resumed her career in Real Estate; renting and selling homes on the east end as well as enjoying walks on the beach, movies, art openings and yoga. Now bridging the gap between NYC and The Hamptons she is working to help people and families find homes they love; whether it be in the great city of Manhattan or on the beautiful east end of Long Island. As an experienced agent LeeAnn feels that choosing the right home is an important decision and will work with you every step of the way to ensure a seamless transition.

LeeAnn; since our first handshake you have been straight up and have come through in every way. Howard and I both thank you for that. Selling the house has been so emotional for me. I really needed a clear-thinking person to guide me through the process, and that you did! Next summer let's do lunch. You have done so much, and it is much appreciated. My retirement will go more smoothly with the house now sold, and I am glad that it wasn't a year long process with many lookers. You used your ingenuity and made it happen quickly. Keep on doing what you do so well.

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that we share the wonderful experience we had with LeeAnn in listing and selling our home. Her knowledge and insight of the locale led to a swift sale at a great price in a buyer's market. She provided useful suggestions with the pre-listing renovations and staging, which received positive feedback during showings. Her market approach was innovative which kept a continuous flow of qualified buyers viewing our home while still not intruding upon us. What impressed us most was the quality of service she provided; be it proactive problem solving or just always being responsive and on top of what needed to be done. LeeAnn is an exemplary agent with whom we always had complete confidence in.

LeeAnn was a pleasure to work with. She was always prompt and responded quickly to emails. Although she was the exclusive agent for the sellers on our deal that I was the buyer for; she was able to help guide me through the process. She was friendly and helpful with the transaction without being pushy. I had a great experience.

LeeAnn Vautrin-Gardinier is a consummate professional. Our home was on the market for a while with different representation and when we brought her on it sold quickly. This was an emotional time for both of us, and her suggestions combined with her tenacity made for a smooth transition. She possesses qualities that are key; be it having to do with the sale or hand holding through difficult decisions. She's become a personal friend. Bringing us a bottle of champagne at the closing was great as well!

When my son (lawyer in LA) convinced me (real estate agent in St Louis) to join him in buying an apartment in New York for our grandson attending school at NYU, I began looking online.
I quickly realized we needed an agent in town and fortunately was connected to LeeAnn. Not only did she find the perfect apartment, but guided us seamlessly and successfully through the torturous trials of buying a co-op in New York City. As a real estate agent myself I can appreciate her thoroughness and professionalism throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure working with her and I know we could not have accomplished anything without her.
