“To become successful in business as well as any relationship, you must add attributes that cannot be bought or measured with money, and those are sincerity and integrity.” ~Maryna Volivetska
Fusing an authentic brand of empathy with a conscientious work ethic, Maryna considers herself an agent for the people and a committed representative for the ‘little guy’ in Manhattan’s often overwhelming real estate arena. Her familiarity with a vast range of price points and city neighborhoods, coupled with her inimitable collegiality—she has earned a rare and sought-after reputation for her unique ability to appeal to clients and brokers alike—make her an ideal advocate for a diverse array of professionals, along with high-profile personalities.
Specializing in sales, rentals and investment management across Manhattan, Maryna is bolstered by over a decade of experience as an account executive in the financial services, banking, and asset management sectors in the United States and Europe. Prior to this, at just 23, she served as a vice president at one of the most elite law firms in her native Ukraine. She holds a master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from Ukraine’s National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing and is fluent in both Ukrainian and Russian. She is also a passionate yoga instructor, catering to a wide mix of students, including survivors of domestic violence, and an active member of several human rights non-profits in New York City.
It is that very compassion that also fuels Maryna’s exceptional approach to scouting and securing homes for her clients in the New York metropolitan area. With her energy and enthusiasm, a process considered cumbersome and intimidating becomes illuminating and enjoyable.
