Esen’s passion for real estate began early in her life, coming from a family with roots that go back to Mimar Sinan, a world-famous architect for the Ottoman Empire. She fell in love with New York City at first sight, appreciating the rich architecture that is distinctly unique and has been long ingrained in her heart. 

Her active involvement in buying and selling real estate properties in NYC, the Hamptons and Turkey led Esen to pursue a rewarding career in residential sales. She brings her clients a joyful spirit, deep commitment, great patience and untiring dedication as they embark on their exciting journey to find their next dream home.

Esen enjoys representing the needs and best interests of a diverse local and international clientele. She works in virtually every neighborhood of Manhattan, covering all property types and price ranges, striving to meet and exceed each person’s expectations.

Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Esen has lived on the Upper East Side with her family for over 10 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, as well as a Master’s degree in Cinema and Television. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, she was a Marketing Executive, and an educator. Personally, Esen is an avid sailor who has served as Board Member of the Istanbul Sailing Club.
