A Physical Therapist by profession which he is also practicing, Stevenson jumped into the real estate business after graduating with a BS degree in Physical Therapy. He enjoys the dynamics of this ever-changing business, as he does the fulfillment of helping clients satisfy their housing and investment goals. His zest for real estate was driven by his real-world experience, continuing successes and life-changing perspectives. Since moving to New York from the Philippines almost a decade ago, he has lived in diverse areas including Sunnyside, Chelsea and the Upper West Side. Stevenson speaks fluent Tagalog and English, volunteers in his local community, networks heavily, and serves as president of a leadership organization.
