As your real estate advisor, William, dedicated to a fault, is committed to seeing you through the entire process of buying, selling or renting here in New York City. Though it may seem like finding a home here consists of one compromise after another, everyone deserves a space, no matter how large or small, that will bring happiness and allow them to reach their full potential. Driven by a passion for real estate, interior design, and connecting with people from all walks of life, William puts every effort into ensuring that his clients secure the home that best fits their needs and lifestyle. Honest, approachable and personable, he tries in all aspects of his life to elicit smiles and achieve great results.
Having lived in Lower Manhattan for nearly a decade, William has gone through both the trials and tribulations and subsequent elation of renting and owning in New York. A downtown and west side specialist, he keeps up with trends, watches the market incessantly, and admits to spending “far too much time scrolling through listings.”
Born in Winter Park, Florida, William was raised in Seattle and on Orcas Island, Washington. He moved to Paris, France with his family where he lived throughout high school before earning his BA with a double major in International Relations and French from Connecticut College. Following, William started out in marketing and communications for a materials consultancy serving architecture and interior design firms, furniture manufacturers and clients from all sectors. He continued in this role for a large CRE brokerage before deciding to join the industry in a sales-oriented capacity where he could more deeply express his love of real estate and building relationships.
When not busy working, his free time is spent exploring everything New York City has to offer, from quaint streets in new neighborhoods to interesting music venues and openings. Thanks to his unique upbringing, William has traveled extensively – lending a culturally sensitive and knowledgeable perspective consistent with this city’s amazing vibrancy and diversity. He is also a major architecture and history buff and an avid car enthusiast.
