John Wehba has lived in Manhattan for more than thirty years and is the proud owner, since 1994, of a townhouse on the Upper West Side. As such, he has hard-earned experience buying property in foreclosure and managing renovation projects and is extremely well-informed about the financial and tax issues of buying and selling New York City real estate.
A native Oklahoman, John is friendly, open, and no-nonsense. As a New Yorker since 1978, he’s also sophisticated, street-smart, and quick-thinking. He works tirelessly and patiently and is well known among friends and colleagues for his calm demeanor, cool head, and warm sense of humor.
John’s key focus in his work is on exemplary customer service. His analytical skills and his ability to ask the right questions and listen carefully to the answers have served him and his clients very well both in and out of the business world.
A Columbia University alumnus with degrees in English and Middle East Studies, John has raised three children in Manhattan and has been deeply involved in his children's education, both in public and private schools in Manhattan. As a parent, he has been actively involved in parent organizations and is deeply sensitive to the concerns of his clients and customers regarding educational choices in New York City. He enjoys playing tennis and is an avid, accomplished cook at home.
