“There is an opportunity for everyone in the NYC real estate market. It’s a matter of choosing the right agent, and the right opportunity for you.” Alicia Lowe brings knowledge and value, and improves people’s lives with each real estate transaction. She believes that purchasing and selling real estate is a journey, not a destination; and as such, she strives to make that journey satisfying and rewarding.
“Quality service with integrity goes a long way with buyers and sellers,” she says. “People are making the biggest investment decisions of their lives, and they need direct answers as well as an honest assessment of the market from their agent.”
Alicia enjoys listening, communicating, educating, and enlightening people to new ideas. She feels that managing expectations for a client and presenting various options is important so they know what to expect. Alicia is a creative, strategic thinker who is very passionate, well-rounded, optimistic and direct. Her degree in finance and experience in banking gives her a distinct advantage in explaining market conditions and financial implications when it comes to buying or selling a home.
A Brooklyn native and homeowner, Alicia is of Caribbean descent by way of Barbados. She graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School and Lehigh University in Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Finance. “I live, work and play in Brooklyn; that is my home.
