Chris Danuser believes that it's hard to really live if you're not happy where you live. He looks forward to being the agent to help you find that special space, get the best deal, and enjoy a contented lifestyle.
In all his dealings, Chris starts from a place of empathy. He understands the challenge and excitement of finding a home in NYC, and has been there many times himself as a 19-year resident.
Born and raised in Georgia, Chris left his hometown to finish college at the University of North Florida, where he earned a BA in Communications specialized in Advertising. He started in real estate in 1997, then traveled the globe for many years as a commercial airline flight attendant. Chris also worked as a film/video writer, director and producer, during which time he lived in six different NYC apartments. 'I've always loved the search... and finding that special gem!'
Chris provides every client with that same passion and tenacity. Having lived in Clinton Hill, Long Island City, Tribeca, the Upper East Side and Harlem, he has great knowledge of NYC, and proven experience in the purchase and rental process.
Once you meet Chris, he gives you his full attention by listening to your needs, crafting the best course toward your perfect home, and walking you through every step with attentive, caring guidance. His extensive background in customer service, the creative arts, marketing and sales, and training and consulting make Chris an unparalleled communicator, leader and out-of-the-box thinker.
When not doing what he does best, helping clients, Chris loves live music, art, riding bikes with his wife and two children, gardening, and volunteering in his local community.
