Kelly originally started her career in real estate well over a decade ago as a successful residential investor and landlord in South Florida and New York. The enjoyment of making the right deals made her make the switch to real estate in 2008 after 13 years as a packaged goods marketer for Procter and Gamble and Pepsico.
Kelly started her NYC real estate practice just before Lehman crashed. Despite tight credit, difficult transactions, and buyer and seller nervousness at the time, Kelly prevailed, building herself a solid practice in Manhattan and Queens, and with Brooklyn new development.
Kelly is the consummate professional through out the entire deal. She plays chess, not checkers: she negotiates creative deals, and provides well researched pricing and marketing strategies. She keeps your transaction together, and gets you smoothly through co-op boards when others can’t. She is well versed in the increased complexities and changing regulations of the current real estate market.
