Jennifer Breu has enjoyed success in the New York real estate industry for over 15 years. She previously worked alongside a top producer handling every aspect of a deal, and then independently, helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx.
Jennifer was asked by her longtime colleague Stefani Berkin, President of Rutenerg NYC, to join the firm as Executive Director of Sales and Communications, a post she gladly accepted as she believes in the Rutenberg model and its future in the real estate industry. Part of her job involves helping newer agents learn the ropes and grow their business, teaching classes in sales and rentals that cover everything from board package assembly to negotiations, and making herself available any time for questions regarding all pieces of a transaction.
In addition to her management role, Jennifer also is still very active doing residential sales around the city. She brings the same impressive drive to support her peers and please her clients, and is always touted for going above and beyond. “Real estate is very emotional and involves people’s lives. I am extremely empathetic, highly attentive and focused on building relationships, which is crucial to ensuring the best results for all parties.”
Born in Manhattan and raised in Rockland County, Jennifer held various positions in the worlds of photo studio management, ad and dot com sales, and as head of interiors in construction management. She has a keen eye and a natural flair for detail. What she has taken away through it all, is that “when you’re in a service industry and you want to succeed, regardless of it being your livelihood, your clients’ needs better come first!”Jennifer served on her co-op board for 10 years, mainly as president, and has been featured on NY1's real estate segment as well as Barbara Corcoran's Price Fix.
