Licensed as a real estate broker in the State of New York, Ivan has built a career focused on residential transactions representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers throughout NYC/NY. His strategic, analytical approach—paired with a keen understanding of market dynamics—has enabled him to develop effective, results-driven strategies that consistently create value and uncover cost-saving opportunities for his clients.

Ivan’s largest transaction to date includes representing the seller in the successful $42 million sale of a mixed-use building in Tribeca, in downtown Manhattan.

Beyond brokerage, Ivan brings over 30 years of hands-on real estate experience through his own property investments and portfolio management across the United States and Europe. This dual perspective as both investor and advisor provides his clients with a deeper understanding of the acquisition and disposition process in New York City. Known for his ability to recognize the potential of underutilized spaces, Ivan helps buyers identify opportunities for transformation and long-term value creation.

In addition to his brokerage work, Ivan is the Owner and Founder of D3 – Downtown Development & Design, a boutique real estate and design studio. Through D3, he oversees project design concepts, architectural initiatives, and consults on rental portfolios across short-term rental platforms, often identifying overlooked opportunities for strategic site improvements and enhanced asset performance.

Ivan’s passion for design has also earned recognition in several European publications. He studied design and urban disciplines at Parsons School of Design. Also attended New York University for his Undergraduate Degree, and Columbia University for his Masters Degree in New York City.
